Victoria Place is the hidden jewel of the Kawartha Lakes – a Waterfront Community of 215 home-owners who have relocated from all over Ontario.  You will find neighbours from all walks of life and occupations who have decided to make Victoria Place their home. Victoria Place is a unique, adult lifestyle community. It is not a condominium. You own your home and property. The common areas and amenities are owned by the Victoria Place Association, a non-profit corporation. The Board of Directors administers to the affairs of the Association and the maintenance of the common areas and amenities. Membership in the Association entitles you to use of the common areas, amenities and waterfront park. Each home stands on approximately one half to three-quarters of an acre. Surrounding the groups of homes and, in some instances, separating lots are large areas of common land owned by the Victoria Place Association.

The amenities available to Victoria Place Association Members are second to none: extensive shoreline, 2 beaches plus a K9 beach, and the docking facilities which are the envy of many of our neighbours throughout the Bobcaygeon area.  Tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball, swimming (pool or beaches), shuffle board, lawn bowling, darts, and also a free driving range to practice your golf games. The clubhouse is home to crafts, various card games, and many other great activities. As a bonus there is a locked, storage facility for boats, trailers, etc. Each home has a docking space in the Victoria Place Yacht Club, as well as a canoe and kayak storage facility located next to the Visitors Dock. Three protected harbours provide safe protected boat docking.

Victoria Place Irrigation Ltd. was formed to provide non-potable water for lawn and gardens. The water is drawn from Pigeon Lake, and operates from late May to the end of September. Victoria Place Woodlands Inc. owns and manages 74 acres of land purchased in 1985 to ensure a natural buffer zone between county road 17 and Victoria Place. Be a part of this active and social lifestyle. Victoria Place Association Membership requires a onetime $1.00 at time of purchase. The annual cost of operating and maintaining the common areas and amenities is established annually.  The maintenance costs are kept reasonable through the voluntary efforts of the membership. You are encouraged to help by volunteering your services. 2015 fees were a modest $650.00. Membership – There is a one time, $5.00 transfer fee upon purchase of a home to be a shareholder in the Victoria Place Irrigation Ltd. 2015 Usage fees were set at $125.00
